Letitia Dzirasa

Letitia Dzirasa, M.D., currently serves as Deputy Mayor for the City of Baltimore since July 2025, having previously held the position of CEO and Founder at Sage Monarch from November 2024 to July 2025. From May 2023 to June 2024, Letitia worked as Deputy Mayor of Equity, Health, and Human Services in Baltimore. Prior to these roles, Letitia was the Commissioner of the Baltimore City Health Department from March 2019 to April 2023 and the Health Innovation Officer at Fearless Solutions, LLC from March 2016 to February 2019, contributing to various healthcare IT projects. Letitia's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Baltimore Medical System and Johns Hopkins, focusing on pediatric care and medical direction. Letitia earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Meharry Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
