Linzy Jackson III is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service, currently serving as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (MOACE) in the City of Baltimore since April 2008. In this role, Linzy manages community and corporate partnerships while coordinating support for large-scale city events.
