David Gould

David Gould has extensive experience in urban and regional planning, currently serving as a Planning Officer for the City of Bangor since January 2000. Prior to this role, David worked as a Planner in web design from 1983 to 2015 and held the position of Director of Planning & Development for the Town of Hampden from January 1990 to July 2000. David earned a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech between 1980 and 1982 and completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1976 to 1980.
