City of Bartlesville
Kevin Ickleberry has worked for the City of Bartlesville since 2018. Kevin started as a Captain and later became the Chief of Police. In 2023, they joined the City of Bartlesville Police Department as the Deputy Chief of Police.
Kevin Ickleberry began their education journey in 2015 at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Kevin completed this program in 2018. In 2018, Kevin continued their education at the same institution and enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration and Management, General. Kevin is expected to graduate from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2023. In 2021, Kevin briefly attended the University of Louisville Southern Police Institute, where they participated in the Administrative Officers Course. However, no degree was specified for this program.
