Andres Rosales

Andres Rosales has held various titles within the City of Bastrop Tx, including Assistant City Manager, Interim Fire Chief, and Information Technology Director. Prior to this, Andres worked at UMC Health System as an EMS Dispatcher. Andres has also worked as a Firefighter and Patrol Officer. Andres has education from Columbia Southern University, South Plains College, and Texas Tech University.
