Darryl (DD) Sanders is a seasoned fire and arson investigator with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Fire/Arson Investigator for the City/Parish of Baton Rouge and as Chief Arson/Fire Investigator for the Baton Rouge Fire Department since April 2017, Darryl has established a strong leadership presence. As Director for the International Association of Arson Investigators since April 2014, Darryl contributes as a vital resource for professionals in fire safety, arson enforcement, and litigation. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the Louisiana IAAI Chapter 42 since November 2013 and Assistant Chief Arson Investigator with the Baton Rouge Fire Department since February 1991.
