Billy Keyserling

Billy Keyserling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and Interim Director of Second Founding of America: Reconstruction Beaufort since December 2020, Billy also holds the position of Mayor of the City of Beaufort, S.C., since December 2008. Previous roles include ownership of the Pink Dolphin Shop and a broker position at Coldwell Banker, alongside legislative experience as a State Representative in the SC House from 1992 to 1996. Billy has a background in public affairs and marketing communications through consulting work and has held various positions within the US Congress and the National Conference on Soviet Jewry. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Master of Science in Public Relations from Boston University.
