Currently serving as the President and CEO of Kazoobie Kazoos, LLC, and as the Mayor of the City of Beaufort since December 2014, Stephen also holds the title of Councilman. Additionally, Stephen is the President and CEO of New South Shirts, LLC, a premier custom apparel shop specializing in digital printing and merchandising services, and the CEO and Founder of Harmony Educational Services, a licensed supplemental education provider in Florida. Stephen's educational background includes studies at the University of South Carolina-Beaufort from 1999 to 2000.
