William Prokop is a seasoned local government and business executive, having served as City Manager and Director of Human Resources for the City of Beaufort from March 2014 until retirement in June 2023. Prior to this, Prokop held the role of Assistant City Manager/Human Resources Director for the City of Keene from August 2008 to March 2014, and served as Town Administrator for the Town of Antrim from September 2002 to August 2008. Prokop's extensive background includes leadership as President of Graphic & Office Products, Inc. from 1984 to 2002, managing a company with a $5 million annual revenue, and as Vice President & General Manager at Berol Corporation from 1967 to 1983, overseeing a $30 million operation with over 1200 employees. Prokop earned both a BBA in Management from Bryant University and an MBA in Labor Relations from the University of Bridgeport, along with attending the London Business School from 1972 to 1973.
