Joanne Dargis

Joanne Dargis has been with the City of Beaumont since July 2006, progressing through various roles including Director, Manager of Legal & Intergovernmental Relations, and Manager of Current Planning, where responsibilities include supervising teams and overseeing the permitting of commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential projects. Prior to this, Joanne Dargis worked at Enbridge Pipelines from January 1996 to July 2006, holding positions such as Acting Director and Legal Assistant. Joanne Dargis holds multiple project management certificates from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, covering areas such as Project Leadership, Cost Management, Communication Management, and Risk Management. Additional educational experience includes studies at the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta and Grant MacEwan College.
