Community Representative - Economic Development Authority (eda) at City of Becker, MN

Andy Voller serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer at American Heritage National Bank, overseeing daily operations and collaborating with the Board of Directors to enhance banking activities for optimal profitability. Since December 2008, Andy has also engaged in commercial and residential sales and leasing with Rice Real Estate Services and Greco Real Estate, contributing to competitive and innovative real estate solutions. Andy plays an active role in economic development as a community representative for both the City of Becker and Sherburne County, focusing on strategies that promote business growth and community vitality. Additional experience includes independent travel advising with Travel Planners International, extensive commercial banking, and leadership positions in various real estate and mortgage firms. Andy holds a BA in Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth, complemented by studies at Birmingham City University.

Becker is an energy rich community with a variety of amenities to support large scale industrial and manufacturing businesses, local agricultural companies and small locally owned businesses. Conveniently located along Highway 10 in Sherburne County, Becker is only 16 miles from the regional hub city of St. Cloud and 45 miles from downtown Minneapolis. For example, Liberty Paper, Inc., in partnership with the City, was recognized by the Central States Water Environment Association for the proactive efforts taken to reduce environmental impacts relating to wastewater.
