Ashley Decker, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, since July 2014, where responsibilities encompass the development and interpretation of policies, collective bargaining, and personnel counsel for Department Directors. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Pinnacle Bank from June 2008 to July 2014, overseeing strategic initiatives, payroll, and HRIS for 250 locations across 11 states, and as Human Resources Manager at Nebraska Engineering from June 2006 to May 2008, managing all HR functions at a newly established site.
