John Resha

John Resha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and organizations. John has held roles in both the public and private sectors, showcasing their expertise in finance, administration, policy development, strategic planning, and program management.

Most recently, John served as the Director of Finance and Asset Management for the City of Bellevue, Washington. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer/President for Devco Residential Group, where they oversaw the alignment of divisions and business units for a private equity firm with a large portfolio.

John also gained valuable experience in public service as a City Councilmember for the City of Lake Forest Park and a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for King County, WA. In these roles, they led budget processes, implemented economic diversification measures, and managed performance reporting.

Before their involvement in local government, John held leadership positions at Urban Mobility Group, City of Redmond, WA, Washington State Department of Transportation, UrbanTrans Consultants, Inc., and Greater Redmond Transportation Management Association. In these roles, they worked on transportation planning, project management, and program development.

John's expertise and experience emphasize their strong financial and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.

John Resha completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University in 2018. Previously, in 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Global Management from American InterContinental University.
