Julie David

Julie David's work experience includes a role as a Business Operations Manager in the IT Department at the City of Bellevue, Washington starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Western Washington University from 2018 to 2021, where they led the conversion of the Inventory Management and Point of Sales system to a new platform and oversaw purchasing and sales activities. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon in 2017, where they monitored key performance indicators and managed operations for a team of data annotators. From 2012 to 2017, Julie served as a District Operations Manager II at Agiliti, where they managed multi-site operations and analyzed metrics to meet financial targets. Julie also worked as a Director of Member Services at Mukilteo Family YMCA in 2011, where they established new program activities and managed budgets. Additionally, Julie has experience as a business owner at Firewheel Books and Beans from 2010 to 2011, transforming the business into a profitable venue. Lastly, they worked as an Operations Manager and Operations Specialist at Eddie Bauer from 2000 to 2010, where they managed store openings, remodeling, and prop lifecycles.
