Ryan Nolet

Ryan Nolet serves as the Geographic Information Systems Manager for the City of Bellevue, Washington, since June 2024, focusing on the modernization of city-wide GIS processes, applications, and infrastructure while overseeing a team of 6 GIS professionals. Previously, Ryan worked as the Information Technology Supervisor for the City of Shoreline from February 2017 to June 2024, overseeing multiple business systems and managing a diverse IT team. Prior roles include IT System Analyst at the City of Shoreline, Senior GIS Analyst at PACE Engineers, GIS Analyst and Systems Analyst at the City of Mercer Island, and GIS Tech in earlier positions. Ryan began a career in customer service with Key Bank between 2000 and 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from Central Washington University, completed in June 2008.
