Sharon Cini

Sharon Cini, MPA, is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the ADA Title VI Equal Opportunity Officer for the City of Bellevue, Washington, since March 2025. Prior roles include Indigenous Initiatives Program Manager at Fred Hutch and Assistant Director of Rural and Tribal Partnerships at the University of Washington. Cini has also led diversity initiatives as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Northwest Center and as the Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager for the City of Scottsdale. Previous experience includes positions in employee relations and behavioral health, as well as an internship with the Morris K. Udall Foundation. Cini holds a Bachelor's degree in American Indian Studies from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.
