Wanda Liu

Wanda Liu has a solid work experience in the field of structural engineering. Wanda currently holds the position of Structural Engineer at the City of Bellevue, Washington where they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Crosby Group for a remarkable duration of 15 years from 2006 to March 2021. Before joining Crosby Group, Wanda worked as a Project Engineer at TMAD Taylor and Gaines in 2005. Wanda also gained valuable experience as a Bridge Engineer at Weidlinger Associates, Inc. from 2003 to 2005.

Wanda Liu has a solid educational background in Structural Engineering. Wanda obtained their Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Tsinghua University from 1990 to 1995. Wanda then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Structural Engineering at the University at Buffalo from 1997 to 1998. Building upon their previous degrees, Wanda further specialized in Structural Earthquake Engineering, earning their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University at Buffalo from 1998 to 2003.
