Aly McEwen is an experienced Human Resources Analyst with a strong background in strategic planning, customer relations, and administrative services. Currently serving at the City of Bellingham since July 2018, Aly previously held a similar position at Western Washington University from July 2015 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Aly worked at McNett Corporation as the Director of Administrative Services, overseeing functions that contributed to productivity and sales increases. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Executive/Department Coordinator and Administrative Sales Assistant, as well as internships at the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce & Industry and The Arc of Whatcom County. Aly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Edmonds College.
