Deborah Bineza is an Accessibility, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion HR Analyst for the City of Bellingham since October 2022. Previously, Deborah held the position of Program Coordinator for Identity, Intersectionality, and Inclusion at the University of Notre Dame from September 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included advising departments and organizations on DEI matters, executing campus events, designing training, and managing communications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Assistant at the University of Notre Dame Gender Relations Center, leading LGBTQ allyship workshops, and participating as a Research Intern for WNIT Public Television. Deborah also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Tennessee State University, assisting with new student orientation programs. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, achieved in 2019.
