Brandi Leos

Brandi Leos, IPMA-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for the City of Bend since September 2024. Prior experience includes HR Director for the City of Milwaukie and Senior HR Business Partner/Recruitment Manager for the City of Tigard, where responsibilities encompassed employee and labor relations, investigations, performance management, and recruitment.
