Carly Brooks

Carly Brooks, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Bend since September 2021. Previously, Carly held the role of Treasurer for Central Oregon SHRM from June 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at Bend-La Pine Schools from June 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included providing technical support across various HR functions and serving as the HRIS systems administrator. Earlier experience includes roles at Boreal Ridge Corp, where Carly served as HR Compensation and Benefit Administrator and HR Recruiter & Benefit Coordinator from June 2016 to July 2018. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Portland State University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
