Cate Schneider

Cate Schneider currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Bend, a position held since 2023. Previously, Schneider worked with Multnomah County as a Strategic Initiatives Manager and a Planning and Management Analyst, where responsibilities included managing strategic projects and developing policy initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as the City Recorder for the City of Lake Oswego and as a Development Program Assistant, overseeing project management and policy analysis. Schneider's career also includes a role as Assistant Director of Admission at Villanova University, focusing on recruitment strategies and alumni engagement. Schneider holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Portland and a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University.
