Kenneth Bontje

Kenneth Bontje is an experienced apparel and gear designer currently at Mustang Survival, where responsibilities include managing the design of dry suits, PFDs, and apparel for various markets, collaborating with the creative team, overseeing staff hiring and training, and launching global product lines. Prior experience at Aqua Lung as a Senior Product Design Manager involved overseeing the creative department, developing five-year plans for company growth, and launching seasonal product lines while managing budgets and creative strategies. Kenneth also held positions as an industrial designer at Town and Country Living, a textile designer at 5.11 Tactical, and a technical designer at Crye Precision LLC, beginning a career with an internship. Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and participated in a product design study abroad at The Glasgow School of Art.
