Nicholas Skinner

Nicholas Skinner is an experienced professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as Sr. Program Manager for Enterprise Asset Data and Enterprise GIS Administrator at the City of Bend since December 2017. In this role, Nicholas trains cross-departmental team members on GIS tools, analyzes data architecture, and enhances city performance. Previously, as GIS Coordinator and GIS Analyst at Sunriver Resort from June 2013 to December 2017, Nicholas facilitated Capital Improvement Projects and managed GIS user operations. Earlier roles include a position at the City of Portland's Bureau of Environmental Services and a Campground Ranger at the National Park Service. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Master of Science in Spatial Data Science, furthering expertise in the field.
