Tiana Morris (She/Her/Hers)

Tiana Morris, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Bend, a position held since January 2016, focusing on strategic partnership, benefits administration, labor relations, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Tiana worked as an HR Program Specialist, where responsibilities included HRIS management, performance management, recruitment, and compensation and classification. Tiana's experience also includes a role as an HR Operations Coordinator at Columbia Sportswear from January 2015 to January 2016, where process improvement and data entry were key functions. Tiana earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Oregon State University in 2012.
