Andrew Brozyna has a strong background in public works and civil engineering. Andrew has held various roles in different cities, including positions such as Deputy Director of Public Works and Operations at the City of Berkeley, Public Works Director/City Engineer at the City of Hermosa Beach, and Deputy Public Works Director at the City of Calabasas. Andrew has also worked as a civil engineer for multiple municipalities, such as the City of Milpitas, City of Ventura, and City of Santa Barbara. Prior to their work in public service, they gained experience as a Field Engineer at U.S. Filter Corporation and a Staff Engineer at Kleinfelder, Inc. Andrew's expertise includes managing operations and divisions, overseeing capital improvement programs, and providing engineering services for infrastructure projects.
Andrew Brozyna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University in 1993. Andrew went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the same university and completed it in 1995.
