Catherine Roseman currently serves as a Public Health Promotion & Prevention Officer in the Department of Health, Housing & Community Services for the City of Berkeley since January 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine gained experience as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2021 to May 2022. Catherine's extensive background at Planned Parenthood Federation of America spans from June 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included Associate Director and Senior Specialist in Abortion Access, along with roles such as Project and Administrative Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Earlier experience includes an internship in Events & Conferences at Planned Parenthood and a position as a Field Organizer for Organizing for Washington. Academically, Catherine holds a Masters of Public Affairs in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Studio Art from Tufts University (2011-2014), alongside a brief enrollment at Wellesley College and a High School Diploma from Lakeside School.
