Elliott Schwimmer

Elliott Schwimmer is a Senior Transportation Planner at the City of Berkeley, with a background in transportation planning and environmental assessment. Previous experience includes managing roles at Environmental Science Associates and AECOM, focusing on CEQA and NEPA document preparation for various developers and agencies, along with expertise in Geographic Information Systems for energy, transportation, and land use projects.
