Noah Budnick

Noah Budnick is a seasoned professional in public policy and transportation management, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Berkeley's Public Works Transportation and Engineering Divisions. In this role, Noah collaborates with departmental leadership and staff to enhance operations and service delivery. Previously, Noah held various leadership positions at Together for Safer Roads, where efforts concentrated on fostering public-private partnerships for road safety initiatives, as well as at Zendrive, where data-driven solutions for mobility improvement were developed. Leadership experience also includes serving as Executive Director of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, achieving significant expansions in public bike share programs, and directing advocacy efforts at Transportation Alternatives to enhance public transit and road safety. Noah's educational background includes a fellowship at Columbia University and degrees in Anthropology and International Affairs from Colorado College.
