Sunshine R.

Sunshine R. currently serves as the Aquatics Coordinator for the City of Berkeley since March 2023, with previous roles as Acting Aquatics Coordinator, Assistant Aquatics Coordinator, and Aquatics Facility Supervisor. In addition, Sunshine R. has been a Pool Manager for the City of San Ramon since May 2019, responsible for managing diverse aquatics programs and overseeing daily operations involving over 100 staff members. This experience includes performance documentation and staff training as a Senior Lifeguard and executing lifeguarding responsibilities as a Lifeguard II. Sunshine R. began a career in aquatics as a Lifeguard at the Golden Rain Foundation and Six Flags, with early coaching experience as a Junior Coach for the LMYA Swim Team. Educational accomplishments include a High School Diploma from Campolindo High School and attendance at Diablo Valley College between 2020 and 2022.
