Andre Sahakian is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in municipal planning and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager for the City of Beverly Hills since January 2022, Andre leads the Major Projects division within the Community Development Department, overseeing the regulatory processes for significant private development projects. Previous roles include Senior Planner and Associate Planner in the same city, as well as Senior and Associate Planner positions in the City of Pasadena, focusing on community and long-range planning. Andre has also contributed to the community as a Board Member for the Glassell Park Neighborhood Council. Educational qualifications include a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California and a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine, complemented by a certificate in Sustainable Cities from UC Berkeley.
