David Schirmer is the current CIO at the City of Beverly Hills. David has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. David started their career at Southern California Edison as a GIS Site Coordinator. David then moved to the Natural Theirtory Museum of Los Angeles County, where they served as the Geographic Information Systems Site Coordinator. In 1999, they joined NetChemistry as a Senior Project Manager. David has been with the City of Beverly Hills since 2001.
