Chris Kukulski

Chris Kukulski serves as the City Administrator for the City of Billings since November 2018, functioning as the chief administrative officer. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Business Development at Zoot Enterprises and City Manager for both the City of Bozeman and the City of Kalispell. Chris also held the position of Village Manager for the Village of Jonesville and worked as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Marshall, MI. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the same institution, augmented by studies at the University of Virginia and the University of Oklahoma.
