Kaitlyn Duncan

Kaitlyn Duncan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Assistant for the City of Bismarck since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn worked at maurices from May 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities included serving as an Assistant Manager and Stylist. Earlier experience includes positions as a Dining Room Assistant at Edgewood Vista from August 2017 to June 2018 and a Cashier at Regent CO-OP from May 2016 to August 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from North Dakota State University (2018-2020) and two Associate degrees in Business from Bismarck State College (August 2016 - May 2018).
