Michael Hill

Michael Hill is a seasoned management analyst with extensive experience in enhancing communication efforts and implementing data-driven solutions for the City of Bloomington, IL, since October 2016. Notable accomplishments include transforming communication strategies following a significant flood, leading a successful water meter replacement program, and improving customer satisfaction through digitization of departmental forms. Prior experience includes roles in legislative analysis with the Illinois General Assembly, reporting for WGLT FM, and customer operations at Best Buy. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Illinois Springfield.
