Scott Noel has over three decades of law enforcement experience, starting in October 1991 with the City of Madeira, where roles included Patrol Officer, Police Sergeant, and Police Lieutenant. Since March 2001, Scott Noel has served as Chief of Police for the City of Blue Ash, also holding the title of Police Lieutenant and serving as the SWAT Team Leader.
