Abby Paragele

Abby Paragele currently serves as a Management Analyst in the Office of Budget Management for the City of Boston, starting in July 2023. Previously, Abby worked as a Field Manager at HIT Strategies, overseeing daily operations for public opinion research and achieving significant milestones in polling and focus group participation. Abby's earlier roles included Research Coordinator and Junior Analyst at HIT Strategies, where responsibilities included assisting with research, managing vendor relationships, and logistics for the 2020 election cycle. Abby gained experience as an intern at the Robert Presley Center of Crime and Justice Studies and Lake Research Partners, contributing to research analysis and presentation development. Abby's leadership experience includes serving as President of the National Residence Hall Honorary at the University of California, Riverside, and Director of Member Development with the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Inc. Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside, and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Northeastern University.
