Genesis Pimentel

Genesis Pimentel currently serves as the Commemoration Commission Project Manager for the City of Boston, where responsibilities include building stakeholder relationships and managing project stages for historic anniversary commemorations. Prior experience includes roles at Wesleyan University as Head Resident, overseeing a team of 25 student-staff members and managing residential community initiatives, and as an Information Technology Service Desk Consultant, providing technological support. Additionally, Genesis worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and as a Diverse Managers Investment Intern at Commonfund, contributing to portfolio management and quantitative analysis. Genesis holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wesleyan University and has studied at the University of Amsterdam.
