Martin McCormack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both fire services and military leadership. Currently serving as the Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Boston since October 2012, McCormack has a strong background in public service stemming from a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, where McCormack held the title of Senior Chief from January 1981 to July 2007. McCormack's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Public/Not For Profit Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, earned between 1993 and 1999, as well as a degree from UMass Boston obtained from 1986 to 1990.
