Meghan O'Neil

Meghan O'Neil is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the Office of Streets at the City of Boston since May 2023. In this role, Meghan also functions as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Additionally, Meghan has been working at Harp and Bard as a Bartender/Server since June 2020, and held various positions at The Adecco Group, including Program Consultant and VMS Program Coordinator, from March 2022 to May 2023. Meghan briefly served as a Technical Recruiter at Entegee in early 2022 and worked as a Relocation Account Manager at Travelers Haven in March 2020. Meghan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Plymouth State University.
