Meghan O'Neil

Meghan O'Neil is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the Office of Streets at the City of Boston since May 2023, while also managing talent acquisition. Previous roles include Program Consultant and VMS Program Coordinator at The Adecco Group from March 2022 to May 2023, and Technical Recruiter at Entegee in early 2022. Meghan has a background in client services, having worked as a Relocation Account Manager at Travelers Haven and an Account Manager at National Corporate Housing. Additionally, Meghan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as a Bartender/Server at Harp and Bard and in various bartender roles at Savin Bar and Kitchen. Meghan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Plymouth State University.
