Paul Sikora is an experienced purchasing and contracts manager with a strong background in public sector procurement and administrative leadership. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager for the City of Boulder City since January 2019, Sikora oversees complex requests for proposals and contracts valued at $265 million annually. Previously, as Contracts Manager for the City of North Las Vegas, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements. Sikora's extensive career also includes roles as Assistant Communications Manager at the North Las Vegas Police Department, where management of a division handling 500,000 calls per year was a key focus. Additionally, Sikora served in various senior leadership positions within the United States Air Force, managing personnel and training for thousands of enlisted members. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Northcentral University, a Master's in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a Bachelor's in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University.
