Eilis Redmond

Eilis Redmond, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Bozeman since December 2019. Eilis has successfully developed and implemented a City-wide training program, administered DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing, and coordinated the City’s inaugural employee engagement survey. Previously, Eilis held multiple HR positions at Delaware North, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Associate, where responsibilities spanned from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and conflict resolution. Eilis holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Presbyterian College.
