Jamie Norby

Jamie Norby has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Generalist for the City of Bozeman since October 2016. Responsibilities include managing performance evaluations, administering employee benefits programs, handling workers' compensation, and overseeing FMLA and ADA compliance. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator at the Human Resource Development Council, where Jamie managed recruitment and implemented the first HR software, as well as HR & Marketing Associate at Beaudette Consulting Engineers, Inc., where Jamie updated employee handbooks and introduced a new HRIS system. Jamie also has a background in administrative support from roles at Montana State University and C & H Engineering. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman.
