Allyson Sander

Allyson Sander, MBA, serves as a Strategic Leader in Project Management within the Legislative Services department at the City of Brampton since May 2018, where leadership is provided to multidisciplinary project teams to align with departmental and corporate objectives. Prior roles include Supervisor of Property Standards overseeing teams focused on property and land use enforcement. As a Policy and Communications Coordinator at Graystone Fill Management Inc., Allyson specialized in policy research and technology development, ensuring compliance with environmental and municipal regulations. Previous experience includes a research assistant position with the Integrated Gang Prevention Task Force at the Toronto Police Service and various roles with IGNITE and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Allyson holds an MBA in Sustainable Commerce from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, in addition to a Certificate in Business from Humber College and an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies.
