Bishnu Parajuli

Bishnu Parajuli, P. Eng., is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager and Infrastructure Planning Manager at the City of Brampton since June 2006, specializing in Environmental Assessment of Infrastructure Projects and Infrastructure Asset Management. Prior to this role, Bishnu Parajuli held the position of Senior Project Engineer, leading the preliminary design and environmental assessment for the Hurontario-Main Street Light Rail Transit project and successfully managing numerous road project assessments and public consultations. Previous experience includes consulting roles at iTRANS Consulting, focusing on road safety and performance functions, a research assistantship at Ryerson University, and engineering positions on large-scale construction projects in Thailand and Canada. Bishnu Parajuli holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Ryerson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
