Michael Dunstan

Michael Dunstan is an experienced professional in disability management and occupational health, currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Abilities and Accommodation Management at the City of Brampton since January 2023. Previously, Michael held various positions at UPS, including District Risk/Occupational Health Manager and District Manager, where responsibilities included managing complex occupational and non-occupational claims across Canada. Michael's career also includes significant roles at the University of Guelph as the Occupational Health and Wellness Manager, Canada Post Corporation as Occupational Abilities Manager, and Peel District School Board as a Workers Compensation Specialist. Michael began the career at Bombardier Aerospace as a Senior Disability Specialist. Educational qualifications include a CDMP certificate in Disability Studies from NIDMAR, a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Guelph, and an Honours B.A. in Social Science from York University.
