Neil Chadda. McIp

Neil Chadda, MCIP, RPP, is an experienced planning professional with a robust background in land use and housing policy. Currently serving as Policy Planner II at the City of Brampton since January 2019, Neil specializes in reviewing and processing Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments, managing development application processes, and providing analytical support to various committees. Previous roles include Planner at Halton Region, where Neil assessed planning applications for compliance with regional policies, and various planning positions in Edmonton, Athabasca County, and other organizations where Neil contributed to urban planning, community consultations, and project management. Neil holds a Bachelor of Planning degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and has successfully led special projects focused on community development and open space conservation.
