Tory Edwards

Tory Edwards is a seasoned professional in the events and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Events Specialist in Culinary Tourism & Events for the City of Brampton since July 2020. In addition to this role, Tory has been an Entrepreneur and Senior Events Specialist at FX Consulting Services since March 2020. Previous positions include Manager of Restaurant & Events at XXI Chophouse from April 2019 to February 2020, Director of Food and Beverage at Taboo Muskoka Resort from 2017 to 2018, and Professor of Hospitality, Wine, Beer & Spirits at Georgian College from 2013 to 2015. Tory co-owned and managed Restaurant Didier from 2004 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto, a Journalism degree from Niagara College, and certifications in Sommelier from Humber College and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
