Kate M Millward

Kate M Millward is an accomplished Urban Planner with extensive experience in community and military planning. Currently serving as an Urban Planner for the City of Bremerton since December 2021, Millward previously worked as a Community Planner for Naval Base Kitsap, focusing on land use planning at the regional level. Prior roles include Military Master Planner at Woolpert, Planner II for Missoula County Community and Planning Services, and Analyst at Leland Consulting Group. Millward holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Portland State University, as well as an Associate Degree in Humanities & Graphic Design from Washtenaw Community College.
