Norman Cohen is currently serving as the Business Process Architect, Principal Master Black Belt, Mental & Behavioral Services at Blue Shield of California. Norman also holds the position of Commissioner, Parks & Recreation at the City of Brentwood, CA. Norman has a background in performance improvement and innovation, having previously worked at San Francisco Health Plan and UnitedHealth Group. Norman is currently pursuing an MPH degree at The University of Arizona Global Campus, with previous degrees in MBA, Business, and completion of the UHG Executive Development Program Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
